Trip fee

Keeping totes longer
If you need more time, tell us before your pickup date and we'll set up an extension at the extra day or extra week rates above.
Lost or damaged equipment
$10 for a tote (bin and lid) and $40 for a Tote Taxi. Normal scuffs and scratches from moving don't count.
Cancelling
Cancel within 24 hours of booking and there's no fee, unless your rental starts within 24 hours. After that, we keep 25% of the reservation total. No refunds once the totes have been delivered.
How you pay
We email a secure Square payment link. Your card stays on file with Square for any of the charges above. Read the full rental agreement.
