How it works

We deliver. You move. We pick up.

That really is the whole thing. Here's what each step looks like so there are no surprises.

Choose your package

Tell us how many bedrooms you're moving and we'll suggest a package. Not sure? Text us and we'll figure it out together.
Book

Send us your dates and addresses. We confirm your totes, send the rental agreement, and email a secure Square payment link. No security deposit.
We deliver

We bring clean totes and your free Tote Taxi to your driveway. We'll text to coordinate. You don't have to be home as long as we can safely reach the spot.
You pack and move

Pack at your own pace. Snap the lids on, slide a label in the pocket, stack them up, and roll them out. You have two weeks.
We pick up

Once you've unpacked, stack the empty totes somewhere we can see and reach them, at your new place or your old one. We come get them.
We clean the totes

Every tote gets cleaned after every rental before it goes out to the next move. We do that ourselves.

Delivery and pickup details

Driveway is best. We don't bring totes inside the home. For apartments and condos, just give us your access instructions when you book.

As long as the spot is visible and safe to get to, we can drop off or pick up while you're at work or busy moving.

Two weeks is standard. If you need longer, let us know before your pickup date and we'll work out an extension.

Same-day rentals are possible when we have totes on hand. Call or text and we'll tell you right away.

Totes and Tote Taxis are empty, clean, stacked, and somewhere we can get to them on your pickup date.

We'll text you about delivery and pickup timing, so please give us a good mobile number when you book.
